Needs for Systems Analysis and Design

Analysis is used to gain an understanding of an existing system while results to a system description and a set of requirements for the new system. While design is the phase that the new system required in the analysis stage. In such a business, the flow is systematically processing or transporting data. Data storage and Information output within the context of a particular business. In this, it is also designed to and implements improvements in the functioning of business through the use of computerized information system.  A large part of this involves working with current and eventual end users or anyone who interacts with the information system in the context of work in the organization of the information system.

           

The system analyst has three primary roles such as a consultant, supporting expert and change agent. The systems analysts frequently act as a consultant on a business through the use of computerized information systems.

Many improvements involves better support of business functions that emphasize on taking systematic methodological approach to analyzing and improving what is occurring in the specific context created in business wherein a systems analysts systematically accesses the function and needs to able to work with people.
