Integrating technologies for systems

            As technologies are being adopted and diffused the systems analysts work will be devoted to a new on and not on the traditional systems. Systems analysts use business work to integrate their ecommerce application.

Ecommerce Application and web system

         Internet was the most favored strategies to pursue a business growth. These are the benefits to mounting an application on the web:

1.      It increases awareness of the availability of the service, product, industry and person.

2.      24-hour access of the user.

3.      Standardizing the design of the interface.

4.      Creating a system that can extend globally.

Enterprise resource Planning System

            Organizations benefits from integration of information systems. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are design to perform the integration. It also requires commitment and organizational change. SAP, my sap and other are some of the popular ERP software.

 Some of this software is being targeted to be on the web. Analysts’ users also require vendor training, support and maintenance to be able to use an ERP package.

Systems for wireless and handheld devices

            As analysts they are being called to design a new systems and applications including wireless devices and personal digital assistant. They may design standard or wireless communication network with voice and email.

They are also called to design software that can acts on the preferences.

Open Source Software

            Open source software is an alternative to the traditional software development. It is a development model and philosophy from its source code.

            Linus operating systems and Apache Software are used for services that use d websites.

            Open source is useful for handheld services and equipment.
