Preparing the system proposal

            System proposal is a sanitization of all the systems analysis learning from the business and what is needed to improve the performance. In the information needs of the users drive the selection of computer hardware, data storage media, and any prepackage software.

Ascertaining hardware and software needs

            The systems analysis needs to work along with users to determine the hardware will need. Hardware determination comes in conjunction with determining information requirements. Having knowledge in the organization structure can be helpful in hardware decisions.

Inventorying Computer hardware

            In starting the inventory the computer hardware should already in the organization. It is important know that the hardware options involves expanding or recycling current hardware.

These are the things that the systems analysts need to set up in computer hardware inventory is unavailable

1. The type of equipment
2. The status of equipment operation.
3. The estimated age of the equipment
4. The projected life of the equipment
5. The physical location of the equipment
6. The department or person considered responsible for the equipment
7. The financial arrangement for the equipment

In ascertaining the current hardware available it result in a sounder decision making process.
