Case Analysis

As I read the story of Apple Computer with Steve Wozniak as the cofounder there are many things make me confused specially in terminologies, maybe because I am not good in computer programming language and in software but I try to understand the interview of  Wozniak.

Apple computer founded in 1976 by Wozniak and Jobs through technical ability of Wozniak and mesmerizing energy of Jobs, they started it in the garage and it became bigger until now…

In the story the most interesting for me is the advice of Wozniak to the people want to start on their own, he said that you need to have highest ethics and truthful about things and always seek excellence: make your product better than the average person would, you need also to know your that are a good person with good goals because it helps to build your self confidence and your belief in learning abilities.

The three things I learned from this story are: It better to be young because you can spend a lot more nights to work, time is always critical and if you are entrepreneurs you have to keep adjusting.

In Excite the cofounder is Joe Kraus, he decided to start the company with his four friends and it went to the public in 1996.

Base to Kraus he chose his friends to be his partner not because he trusted them or they are technically good but because they are willing, capable, and friends.

In this story the most interesting for me is when Kraus tells the important lesson he learned from excite he said that one is hiring slowly and more carefully and another is cheap, cheap, cheap, and also get the legs of the business underneath it before you run terribly fast. The three things I learned in this story are: it not bad to choose your friend as your business partner, now your goal first before starting in something and start ur is irrational.

The story of Software Arts which the cofounder is Dan Bricklin founded 1979.

In this story I interested in their behavior while I read the story I noticed that Bricklin is very open minded in many things. He said that idea of start up is pretty new; he said that the huge portion of the economy is an entrepreneurial thing.
